Direxion Defined Income Boost ETFs

Income potential from the stocks investors know.

Defined Income Boost ETFs seek income from some of the market’s most closely followed, high-volatility stocks. Each fund owns a single stock and sells weekly call options* on it, turning a portion of the stock’s volatility into regular cash distributions.

Every fund follows the same rules-based methodology, based on the Cboe Defined Income Index Series, so day-to-day management is free of subjectivity.

Why Defined Income Boost?

Targeted Income Twice a Month

Targets a 20% annualized distribution, paid twice a month, from widely held stocks that pay little or no dividend income.

Income From Options, Not Principal

Seeks to preserve principal by generating most income through covered calls rather than returning investor principal.

Upside Isn’t Capped at the Strike

Removes the call in fast-rising markets, allowing more upside than traditional covered calls.

Income Without Divesting

Seeks to generate regular cash flow from option premium, so investors can receive income without having to sell their shares.
