Official Rules — Direxion Bose QuietComfort® Headphones Raffle at IMPACT® 2026

No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited.

By entering the Direxion “Tune Out the Noise” Raffle (the “Raffle”), you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Rafferty Asset Management, LLC (dba Direxion) (“Sponsor”), which are final and binding in all matters related to the Raffle. Open to attendees of IMPACT® 2026 only. Entries must be received during the Raffle Period detailed below.

Rafferty Asset Management, LLC (dba Direxion) is located at 535 Madison Avenue, 37th Floor, New York, NY 10022.

Eligibility

The Raffle is open only to registered attendees of IMPACT® 2026 (the “Conference”) who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of the Sponsor, The Charles Schwab Corporation and its subsidiaries, Bose Corporation, their respective affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family or household members of each are not eligible to enter or win. All United States federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

Raffle Period

The Raffle starts at 9:00am ET on October 27, 2026, and ends at 4:00pm ET on October 28, 2026 (the “Raffle Period”). Entries received outside this timeframe will not be eligible. Entries received after the first drawing on October 27, 2026 will be eligible only for the second drawing on October 28, 2026.

How to Enter

To enter the Raffle, Conference attendees may:

  • Visit the Direxion Booth (Booth 1313) on the exhibit hall floor at the Conference and complete the entry form via the QR code or iPad device available there, or
  • Complete the entry form online on the Direxion IMPACT® 2026 raffle page

Limit one (1) entry per person for the entire Raffle Period. A single entry is eligible for both daily drawings. Duplicate entries (as determined by email address) will be removed prior to each drawing.

Prizes

One (1) winner will be randomly selected on each of the two days of the Conference, for a total of two (2) individual winners. Each winner will receive:

  • Winner #1 — Oct. 27 One (1) pair of Bose QuietComfort® headphones $359.99 value
  • Winner #2 — Oct. 28 One (1) pair of Bose QuietComfort® headphones $359.99 value

Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $719.98. Limit one (1) prize per person; the winner of the first drawing is not eligible to win the second drawing. Color and model are at Sponsor’s discretion. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All federal, state and local taxes and any other costs not specifically stated herein are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received as of the time of each drawing. Drawings will take place at the Direxion Booth (Booth 1313) at approximately 4:00pm ET on Tuesday, October 27, 2026 (Winner #1) and Wednesday, October 28, 2026 (Winner #2). Winners need not be present at the drawing to win but must be present or reachable to claim the prize. Winners who are not present at the Direxion Booth for the drawing will be contacted via the email address and, if provided, the phone number submitted on the entry form. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours of notification, cannot be reached, or is deemed ineligible, they will forfeit their prize and an alternate winner may be selected. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

General Conditions

The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries; technical malfunctions, failures or unauthorized interventions in the entry process; or any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property related to participation in the Raffle or use of the prize.

By submitting your Entry, you agree that your Entry conforms to these Official Rules and that Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may disqualify your Entry for any reason at any time if it determines that your Entry fails to conform to these Official Rules. Sponsor may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Raffle or winning a prize if it determines, in its sole discretion, that such entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Raffle by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices, including the use of automated quick entry programs. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Raffle if fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond its control impair the integrity of the Raffle.

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Raffle, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules of the State of New York or any other jurisdiction.

This Raffle is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or affiliated with Bose Corporation, The Charles Schwab Corporation, Charles Schwab & Co., Inc., or IMPACT® 2026. Bose and QuietComfort are registered trademarks of Bose Corporation. IMPACT® is a registered trademark of Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Bose Corporation and The Charles Schwab Corporation and its subsidiaries from any claims, damages, or liability arising from or related to your participation in the Raffle or acceptance of the prize.

Use of Name and Likeness

By entering, you grant Sponsor the right to use your name, likeness and any entry content for promotional purposes, in any media, worldwide, without further permission or compensation, unless prohibited by law.
