Liftoff to the Future Giveaway
Official Rules
By entering the Direxion Liftoff to the Future Giveaway (the “Giveaway”), you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Rafferty Asset Management, LLC (dba Direxion) (“Sponsor”), which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway. Open to U.S. residents only. Entries must be received by Friday, October 3 at 11:59pm EDT, as detailed below.

Rafferty Asset Management, LLC (dba Direxion) is located at 535 Madison Avenue, 37th Floor, New York, NY 10022.
Eligibility
The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of the Sponsor and Robinhood Markets, Inc., its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family or household members of each are not eligible to enter. Entrants must maintain a public X profile for the duration of the Giveaway Entry Period and for at least seven (7) days after the Giveaway ends. All United States federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
Giveaway Entry Period
The Giveaway starts at 3:00pm EDT on September 29, 2026, and ends at 11:59pm EDT on October 3, 2026 (the “Giveaway Entry Period”). Entries received outside this timeframe will not be eligible.
How to Enter
To enter the Giveaway:

- Follow the instructions on the “Direxion Liftoff to the Future Giveaway” X post
An X account is required to enter the Giveaway. Use your web-enabled mobile device to launch the X application for free at x.com. All terms and conditions of X.com apply.
Prizes
Four (4) individual winners will be randomly selected to receive:
- Grand Prize One (1) DJI Mini 4K Drone $299.00 value
- Second Prize One (1) LEGO® NASA Artemis Space Launch System set $249.00 value
- Third Prize One (1) Lunar Meteorite $34.99 value
- Fourth Prize One (1) Lunar Meteorite $34.99 value
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All federal, state and local taxes and any other costs not specifically stated herein are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Winner Selection and Notification
Four (4) winners will be selected at random at the end of the Giveaway on or about October 6, 2026, and will be contacted via Direct Message (“DM”) on X within 48 hours. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of DM, or is deemed ineligible, they will forfeit their prize, and an alternate winner will be selected.
General Conditions
The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries; technical malfunctions, failures or unauthorized interventions in the entry process; or any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property related to participation in the Giveaway or use of the prize.
By submitting your Entry, you agree that your Entry conforms to these Official Rules and that Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may disqualify your Entry for any reason at any time if it determines that your Entry fails to conform to these Official Rules. Sponsor may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Giveaway or winning a prize if it determines, in its sole discretion, that such entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices, including the use of automated quick entry programs. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond its control impair the integrity of the Giveaway.
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Giveaway, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules of the State of New York or any other jurisdiction.
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or affiliated with X, DJI or LEGO Group, Inc. By entering, you agree to hold harmless X, DJI and LEGO Group, Inc. from any claims, damages, or liability arising from or related to your participation in the Giveaway or acceptance of the prize.
Use of Name and Likeness
By entering, you grant Sponsor the right to use your name, usernames and accounts, likeness and any entry content for promotional purposes, in any media, worldwide, without further permission or compensation, unless prohibited by law.
