ANTO & ANTD: Frequently Asked Questions

What to know about the Direxion Daily Anthropic Bull 2X ETF (ANTO) and Direxion Daily Anthropic Bear 2X ETF (ANTD) ahead of launch.

What are the Direxion Daily Anthropic 2X ETFs?

The Direxion Daily Anthropic Bull 2X ETF (ANTO) seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, of 200% of the daily performance of Anthropic. The Direxion Daily Anthropic Bear 2X ETF (ANTD) seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, of 200% of the inverse of the daily performance of Anthropic.

There is no guarantee the Funds will meet their stated investment objectives.

What’s the difference between ANTO and ANTD?

Both funds are based on Anthropic, but they seek opposite daily results. ANTO (Bull) seeks 200% of Anthropic’s daily performance, so it is designed to rise on days the stock rises. ANTD (Bear) seeks 200% of the inverse of that daily performance, so it is designed to rise on days the stock falls. Both objectives are before fees and expenses and reset daily.

Are these funds designed to be held long term?

No. The Funds seek daily investment objectives and should not be expected to track the underlying security for periods longer than a single day. Holding the Funds for longer than one day can produce returns that differ significantly from 2X (or -2X) the return of the underlying security over the same period, due to the effects of compounding. Investors should actively monitor their investments.

Who should consider these funds?

Investing in the Funds involves a high degree of risk. The Funds are not suitable for all investors and should be used only by knowledgeable investors who understand the consequences of seeking daily leveraged (2X) or daily inverse leveraged (-2X) investment results, including the impact of compounding on Fund performance.
